I am thoroughly disgusted with this bank. They have caused me so much grief this last month. To start off my debit card got shut off randomly. When I went to the bank and explained what happened they told me that my magnetic strip had gone bad, but I could still use the card if I typed in the number manually. Which turned out to be a complete lie because now I cannot use ANY of my accounts that come out in monthly payments. I was also told that I should receive my card in a week. I went on a Monday to order a new one it is now the following week (Friday to be exact) and I still have not received my new card. I called the bank this morning to ask them what was going on and THEY ARE ON BACK ORDER FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. So that makes a WHOLE MONTH I have not had a debit card. Very upsetting!! I work through the week 9-7 and now they are not even open on Saturdays?? Are you kidding me I have absolutely no access to my money. Needless to say I will be withdrawing my money and closing my account with them as soon as possible. They are complete garbage!
Miss my Valley Savings Bank. Now just another form of corporate bank greed.

I just got off the phone with Laurie at the Cuyahoga Falls office. She was WONDERFUL to me. She helped me with information I needed and made me feel like a person and not just a number! You can't ask for better treatment then she gave.
Westfield Bank is different than the Big Banks or even the Middle Sized Banks....they actually CARE, really and truly care about helping their customers. I recently procured a car loan from them. First of all, they actually worked to get me a good rate, they were very open and honest about the entire process and the pitfalls. Aaron had great follow up to any and all questions. When it was time to sign, he met me at a convenient location outside of the office and after business hours to get things done so we could go pick up the car. Rather than feeling like a number as I did with my last experience, I felt like a person with needs - and that Westfield Bank was listening. Thanks Aaron and Westfield Bank!
