Highly disappointed with the sales environment. Staff was extremely pushy about both their credit card and three months free magazines. I was told that the credit check would not be a hard inquiry and that it comes off your credit report in 30 days. This was a LIE to get me to open the account. Also, I signed up for the magazines, never got one and was sent an invoice. VERY disappointing.
Been going here for twelve years love the staff and quality of the clothes
I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered the shop. Looking at the display sign out front gives the impression of a second-hand, out of date clothing store, but it's not ! The clothes were modern and stylish, brand new and decently priced. The sales associate Hayley basically gave me a style makeover and encouraged me to try new styles that I ended up LOVING. She was awesome ! The only bad thing I will say is that the sales associates clearly have a pay incentive to encourage customers to sign up for a credit card. Hayley wasn't annoying about it, but I definitely heard it being talked about by other associates throughout the store more than I cared to. Regardless of the credit advertising, I loved my experience in the store, I love the clothes I bought and I definitely will be returning in the future.
The clothes are nice and such (though overpriced) but the staff follow you around begging you to apply for their credit card while you try to shop. Even worse when trying to check out you end up railroaded into giving personal information as well as asked to buy more stuff or "take advantage" of more offers. I just wanted to shop and buy a few things not be harassed by pushy sales staff. I will never go to the store again.
Every time I walk in this store they rush to cut me off at the door. Then they proceed to go on and on and on about the sales and deals. They follow you throughout the store pushing their credit card. I just want to be left alone to shop. I can't say I won't ever return, they are better priced than Lane Bryant, but please give me a break and leave me alone. It really is annoying!!!!!!!!
