Went looking for store displays and slightly damaged refrigerators. They had a decent choice. Also the Best Buy near Chapel Hill mall has a lot of store returns or floor displays for sale.
I had a good experience at Best Buy. The staff was helpful and friendly. The product I wanted was available and the check out was quick. Best Buy is one of my favorite stores to shop.
I am giving only three stars.. I like Best Buy we've been buying a lot of stuff over there but recent that we purchase two phones and not other stuff we spent way over $1,000 and I did had some question on my Galaxy 8 plus and the one associate then even knew the answers to my question if you selling a product to the customer I think you should be knowledgeable what you selling now I am getting on my own they asked me across this and when I call over the phone and speak with a representative is just not worth it they will confuse you even more so unfortunately I have to learn my phone on my own and it is a lots and lots of settings they need to train there people more at least breaking down little basics when someone is buying brand new phone. ✌
The store was nice. I was hounded by people 20 seconds after i walked in the door. Would not be bad a sales person or 2. But I literally passed one guy who asked if i needed help. Prior to me getting to where he was standing I saw him talking to another sales rep. I got to him and he asked. The other gentleman standing 4 feet from him preceded to ask. Followed by others. I got to the register. A young man starts pitching on Microsoft office. I was buying a kids tablet. Sure dude my 4 year old would love Microsoft office for 70 bucks. ( this was clearly a little kids tablet). Buy your electronics online. Save yourself the hassle.
From start to finish the transaction went smooth. It is not always like that. We were pleased with the whole this time. This time it was 5 stars.
