I will never in my life ever spend another dime in that place, the only good thing I got from there was the warranty so for the next five years they have to replace anything that breaks

They didn't put the bed together correctly! Had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come fix it and they made it a little bit better. Will not buy here again.

Well now I demanded to get a whole new living room set and they allowed but of course I had to pay the difference. I really wanted all my money back since this all had happened in less than six months, but they wouldn’t go for that. So I got their most expensive leather sectional, and it’s beautiful I love it. Only if I didn’t have to have them come out every other couple months to fix a broken zipper, Console, and broken down arm.

Do you think I will? With that customer service and attitude?

I worked with a different Acceptance in the Cleveland area, not long ago, and the service was OUTSTANDING! At the Brookpark location, there were no unclear 'discrepancies', and none of the employees, either in the floor or at Acceptance made me feel like they were doing absolutely everything in their power to discourage me or tell me they could not do 'a', 'b', or 'c'. They were notably helpful, accommodating and willing to work with me! Besides the quality of the furniture I BOUGHT, I had no complaints.

* I was forced to shop elsewhere and found an awesone piece of furniture which was bigger, better and more reasonably priced than the item I was interested in here. Shopping for furniture was fun again.

*I know to never step foot into another one of these stores to waste another penny or more importantly my time and energy! Thanks Chapel Hill VCF.

So I was looking for new living room furniture and I was told that they had decent furniture there. Value city was never on my mind for furniture but I’ll give it a look. So I go there and I actually find a leather group I like. And then in just a few short months it broke down, so they came and fixed it. Then it broke down again, and they fixed it again. Then agin, this time I demanded a new group, and they complied. Well guess what it did it to that one too.

Just relocated to Ohio from Michigan. Needed new living room and dining room furniture. Visited the Cuyahoga Falls store aroynd 8pm. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful.

Keep in mind, I'm standing there with the salesperson. The gentleman never looked at me, he was speaking to the salesperson; showing his annoyance. He told the salesperson I NEED to return the next day to complete the process.

The gentleman at the counter immediately shown his disinterest in initiating the finance/purchase process. His concern was it's going to take too long and he's busy with other things.

Aside from Wendy who is courteous, patient, helpful and not overbearing, the employees here are pushy, judgemental, and one man made me feel extremely uncomfortable with his body language and lack of understanding 'personal space'.

This place is a joke.

Selection Is Decent, Furniture Pricing Is Ok. Staff Is Very Friendly! Bought Several Items There Over The Last Few Years.

The POSITIVES:

We selected our furniture and discussed delivery dates. Perfect.

I was willing to give VCF another chance DESPITE the fact that my $2000 sectional took a $h*t after only a few months-sunken in/flattened cushions and a broken chaise frame...

I was applying for financing, so the salesperson directed me the financing staff. The time was 8:30pm. The store closes at 9pm.

The individuals who work at Acceptance at this location are incompetent to say the least! I visited to explore payment options. The third time we stopped in, Zakk explained that his 'boss', who was not present during our previous visits, was in a 'bad mood'. I suppose this was the cause for a tremendous amount of completely elusive and cryptic 'rules' and 'policies' which cause me a great deal of frustration and several hours of wasted time.
