This spring I purchased my first house, and found the advice and service Jay and Fred have offered to be invaluable. My house was built in 1845, so it always poses some unique challenges to anyone doing any sort of work. Jay and Fred have been able to both re-key an old style of surface mounted lock for me as well as install a new, modern deadbolt in my old door. A-Tri-County Lock came out on time and change the locks at my church. Jay went over and beyond to make sure every lock was installed and functioning correctly. He was asked to look at other locks that the church was looking into replacing and without hesitation took care of those as well.
