I absolutely love the pasta and the sandwiches!! I order from here all the time! They have the best food from any pizza place and I am seriously obsessed!

This is the second time I had to wait for my order while the staff was running willy-nilly throughout the store. One staff member took my money and said it would be "a few minutes" before my order was ready and went on to help a crew member make orders. My order was to be ready at 6:45 and at 6:55 I tried to get someone's attention to find out where my stuff was. No one looked at me or helped any of the other customers waiting in the store. I didn't get my stuff until almost 7:00 and by then my pizza was cold. It will be long time before I come back. We really like the pizza but the way customers are treated in this store is appalling.
Great new addition to the Cuyahoga Falls area. We carry out from this store, and enjoy going in to order and wait. My daughter enjoys watching the pizza being made. A monitor inside the store updates you on the status of your order. You can see the status of your order as well as dine in for a slice.
Edward was very sweet and kind. I know I , tipped him $5.00 for waiting for a few seconds since we never heard the door. The food was very good - especially the special pizzas and came within 20-35 minutes after I ordered: I really enjoyed the service. You definitely will be hearing from me in the future, that's for sure.
