Twice in 2 weeks should say it all! Yum! Hadn't been there in about 2 years...just couldn't do the lines and waiting forever. (4 back surgery's and an emergency cervical spine. Neck and back within the last 5 months! Anyway I called ahead on a Saturday to be put on the 5-10 minute wait list. We were seated immediately ( others waiting outside the door) Food was excellent, but the waiter, (shame on me for not remembering) Very attentive ( but not a pest or overwhelming)new what I needed before I did. Second week different server, but she was great and the food was great. I don't eat meat but found their Eggplant perfect! (From an Italian) Suggest...go enjoy yourself...never felt like they were pushing us out!
I enjoyed being able to walk in and seated quickly. Server was knowledgeable about menu and ingredients in food. Very friendly and clean. Designated smoking area with benches outside that was well lit at night. Also like being able to page sever and pay from mobile kiosk that stayed at table.
Disappointed with service. Took over 1 1/2 hrs to get food,watched people come and go as we waited for our food,waitress must have not placed order. One manager offered to check on food and never came back. Lady manager came and gave us a $25 gift card and our meal was free. Bad/good experience. Manager was great.
This is my second to-go order in the last month. The first one, I didn't really have any issues except all the lettuce in my salad was red and wilted, but I blamed it on trying to eat it the next day. My ravioli also only had 4 pieces in the dinner, but I figured that was just the portion size. Not this time. My daughter's kids meal of shrimp Alfredo, still had the poop hanging off and the trails on some of the shrimp. Every single side of broccoli that we ordered is rotted. The salad, was once again rotted. My mushroom ravioli had way more pieces this time, but multiple pieces only had ONE mushroom in them and nothing else. I get this is a crappy chain Italian restaurant, but I expect better than rotted food. If it wasn't my kids nap time, I would drive back now to get my money back. This will all be going in the garbage.
Great establishment for lunch. Staff and employees are pleasant and courteous. Food was great tasting as well.
