Amazingly smooth process. Found a truck that I was looking for online and called Andy Howard. I bought a 17 Ram 3500 new and traded my 14 Ram 1500 over the phone. Andy was on top of everything. The price online WAS the price of the truck. No gimmicks, no adding incentives people don’t qualify for, plain and simple honesty.

Have never been to or dealt with this dealership ever but starting going there about 1yr ago to get my 16 ram hemi serviced that I was leasing. Can't say enough about the service dept. They are fantastic to work with. When my lease was close to being up I came across there monthly add for lease offers on the new ram big horn I was put in contact with Dan Olson. He was very easy to talk to and pleasant to work with, was upfront and honest as in "here's the deal, this is what it is" with no games. Deal worked out, ended up leasing another bighorn, the finance guy Tony was very friendly also and down to business with no games or trying to sell extra things to add onto your payment. The very first time I ever stepped foot into the dealership everyone no matter who treated me with the respect that anyone deserves and absolutely no pressure at all, the way buying or leasing a vehicle should be. I'll definitely be a returning customer for a future lease or purchase.
